Keypitt™ is launching a new and improved digital Lost & Found solution that enables venues to manage all lost items in one central system, whether they were forgotten in the wardrobe or lost elsewhere inside the venue, such as on the dance floor or in common areas.

The solution extends traditional Lost & Found workflows by consolidating multiple processes into a single platform. Staff can easily register where an item was found, add internal notes, and track its status from discovery to return. This creates better visibility, reduces manual handling, and ensures a more consistent guest experience.

For items originating from the wardrobe, lost belongings can be linked directly to a KeyPass. When such a connection exists, the staff can send an SMS notification to the guest, informing them that their item has been found and how it can be collected. This reduces follow-up inquiries and accelerates the return process but also nonetheless ensures a guest experience of high quality and service.
