From then on, they simply show staff the same KeyPass at wardrobe check-in and check-out at any venue with the Keypitt™ system.
Alternatively, guests can provide their phone number at check-in to receive a one-time SMS ticket if they for example don’t have a smartphone.

What do venues need to get started?
A smartphone for each staff member and our reusable wardrobe tags. Then all you need is a short onboarding session and you are ready to go. The system can be learned in 1 minute.
Is the system secure?
Yes. The system is GDPR-compliant and uses encrypted data handling. A guest only needs to provide their phone number unless they choose to share more. Read more in our privacy policy.
How do I create or find my KeyPass?
Visit www.keypitt.io/welcome. Create or log in to your universal KeyPass.
Can I use my KeyPass at multiple venues?
Yes. One KeyPass works at every Keypitt™ partner venue. You only need to create it once in life and then you use the same KeyPass at every venue.
What if my phone runs out of battery?
No problem. Staff can look up the guest by phone number. With a quick confirmation, the item can be retrieved.
All wardrobe tags are stored digitally — no more digging through racks of identical black blazers.
Guests can also add a photo to their profile for extra security, ensuring fast, safe retrieval even without a phone.
How do I access my KeyPass in the digital wallet?
You can always show your KeyPass from your web browser. But by adding it to your digital wallet, you’ll have instant, one-tap access.

Can I lose my KeyPass?
No. It’s linked to your phone number, so you can always retrieve it by logging in to our website again at www.keypitt.io
Do I need internet to show my KeyPass?
No. Once saved in your digital wallet, it works even without a connection.
Why should I save my payment details?
Saving your payment details lets you check in and pay in a single scan. It speeds up queues, removes extra steps at busy times, and ensures you have the fastest possible wardrobe experience across all Keypitt™ venues. Keypitt™ takes no fee. You only pay the venue the required amount if you check-in at a payment wardrobe.
What if I don’t add payment to my KeyPass?
You can still use Keypitt™. You can simply tap your digital or physical payment card on the staff’s smartphone as our all-in-one terminal will handle payment.
Is it easy for staff to handle?
Yes. Keypitt™ is designed for simplicity. Staff check in guests with a quick scan and tap on a smartphone — no paper ticket hassel.
Do staff need special equipment?
No. All you need is modern smartphone with a camera and our reusable wardrobe numbertags.
What if a guest doesn’t have their KeyPass on hand?
Guests can always find their KeyPass again by going to www.keypitt.io on their phone.
Alternatively, should their phone be unavailable, staff can use the guest’s phone number to find the ticket in the staff system.
