Crumpled paper tickets, long queues, and lost belongings have for years been well-known challenges. On busy nights, the cloakroom is one of the most pressured touchpoints – and at the same time the guests’ first interaction. Keypitt™ replaces the classic paper ticket with a reusable, personal digital KeyPass, which guests only need to create once and can then save in their digital wallet for future visits – completely without the need for an app. Proven results in practice Tests from other venues show that throughput in the cloakroom can increase by more than 30%, while the number of lost items is significantly reduced.
